download 7-zip on computer then right on the file press 7-zip and extract files then it will ask you for the password put webster666 then therree will be a new folder kill on it and the file inside drag it to psp

Go back up your psp things on your computer (via USB cable) and go to gamestop and tell them to manually reset your psp. Your psp firmware chip was corrupted when you turned your psp off while it as saving... nice..
