Your skip shouldn't be that much UP - rather forward. Then use the forward momentum to do you frnt handspring. The way you're doing it now, the run doesn't really do anything for you :b
no im not. i was just bored one day in church and i started doing hand springs. I hadnt done it in a long time, the reason why the first few was crapped up
nice man i started doing handsprings try and dive into them it feels better but sometimes u can over rotate i do parkour so check ma vids out if u want
