Catalina Island (Avalon, CA) 9.5 Minute Tour

I want to take my girl here for our birthdays since they're only 4 days apart, I live in Long Beach and I wanted to know about how much it would total out to for a 3 day trip for 2. If someone has actually gone with only 1 other person i'd really appreciate your time to give me an idea of how much it would run for the whole trip.

beautiful presentation! we were there in March of 2010. The weather was great but unfortunately the Casino was all surrounded by scaffolding and shrouding for renovations so it kind of detracted from our photos... will have to go back again! thanks for this video/slideshow - its a great way to relive the memoies!

other then the Beach house it was a blast. if you ever go check out the Casino it is a Theater that has no commericals before the movie but you will be entertained by a Pipe organ. The movie is full color and in High Tech Mono. for the people that remembers Mono style theater. the casino is worth a visit.

I was at Catalina Island a few months ago, the hotel we stayed at was the Beach house hotel. the heater did not work and the windows did not lock, and of course the room has no telephone lines. I inquired when I was checking out I was told they removed the lines in 2007. but he did not tell me a reason. Be advised about the beach house on Catalina Island. and I was charged $129.00/night ;-(
