That's not sugar... it's milk cremour. All cafe coffees are made with all milk and just a bit of coffee.

That's not a coffee... That an expresso, which is a very concentrated form of coffee... You need that much milk to dilute the expresso shot, you wouldn't want to drink an entire cup of just expresso... trust me, lol.
