Dude its real simple! You should know the history of the craft of djing. It has nothing to do with the 90s. In school they teach the same kind of history now as they did 30 years ago. You learn about George Washington an Martin Luther king. Its no different with djing. All the stuff we talked about YOU should know or have been thru. What about new and upcoming DJs? Yea I know people say the DJ's these days are not real because they dont have to deal w/ the things DJs had to deal back in the day because of technology. but what do you want them to do? There's new technology and every DJ should use it to their advantage. That being said...a DJ should have skills to use the equipment and not let the equipment do the DJ'ing for them. Hope you guys catch what i'm throwing here
