tis true lad apparently from a guide i read on game faqs it said that it gets uber strong over the course of you using it to slay many enemies how many idk...cuz on my first save i had got it late in the game *the 2nd save however im using it currently it just happens to be a tad stronger than the 2nd star sword*

@ChojinCondoms mystic artes arent worth the 3 overlimits you need for it, you can do 6 altered burst artes and 3 of base/arcane/altered artes for the same amount

Your levels don't matter. It's the event/weapon that gives you it.

A lot of times, but if I did go in one, I might as well fight it. It's not like they're tha and I've done some testing. Don't be skin close to them for more than 3 seconds straight. If you are, you'll into battle with them.
