I noticed a kind of sleazy theme that runs throughout the Ridley Report. That theme being the "hot" or "attractive" woman.

Why should her "hotness" even be relevant? It's like some kind of cheap sales gimmick or marketing ploy;

Voiceover with reverb: Buy our product Now!!! (in this case the "product" is ideology.)

Cut away: to long bare legs blonde haired twentysomething.....

Is Ridley a used car salesman or a reporter?

I agree the bailout to Wall st (which started under Boosh) was an absolute fraud.

I agree that the health care bills are way too complicated and filled with give aways to the insurance and pharma industries.

Obama is a Clinton style corporatist. That will not be good for actual people.

About my metaphor of Ridley as a salesman of ideology (not necessarily a "reporter", though I will grant you that no media is unbiased);

I've seen enough Ridley-o's to notice a trend where he describes some women in the videos as "hot" or "attractive."

I simply asked why that is necessary and how it's relevant, and you claim that I'm an "ObushamaBot" who is "projecting typical neolib" tendencies.

What's the relevance of this? I mean I'm sure the libertarian movement would prefer to be as diverse a group as possible, including people of all various ethnicities, races, and obviously gender(s).

I don't see Dave reporting on how many black people are "free-staters", or for that matter how many asians, hispanics, jews are (maybe I missed a ridley-0?)

This particular infatuation with "hot women" seems kinda sleazy and counterproductive to the actual goal of diversifying the group.

Disproportion ? Let's be careful not to start separting the freedom movement. We all are intelligent enough to notice men and women. Considering that men are out numbered in America almost 3 to 1 I would say that having 85 men to 53 women is a good show. I believe that one of the reasons this country is in the shape its in is due to men not having back bone to stand against our government. Men and women both can serve freedom in their own way. Do not divide. That is what govt. would like to see.
