This doesnt appear to be worth that much it seems as you go up the scale people just throw out numbers and you could never really know what your paying for. You could buy a place on the beach for less then this and get more that looke dlike it had four small bedrooms, no master and a tiny kitchen (comparitive to what you would expect) Wish i had the money anyway ugh!
