@turbotank3 you can buy them. there are a few diffferent kinds of movement trays. games workshop make some themselves, like textured ones which look good on units with detailed bases.

movement trays are very simple cut the card from your box you got ur minis in to the write size but add on one or 2 cm

e.g say your unit was 10x10cm add 2 for folding the edges up or much simpler buy

Wow, what a daemons army. How many power dice do you have!! I know you have 12 from characters alone, but the blocks of 36 horros count as a lvl 4s and then the two blocks of 10 are probably lvl 1 or maybe lvl 2...

Thats like 22 power dice... That's insane..

You are supposed to deploy your units at the same time..core units special units rare units single units... so that what happened here does not happen and your opponent does not deply completely against your formation giving you a complete disadvantage.

Yes that is correct for fifth edition 40k, however I don't really know if it applies to regular warhammer fantasy. What edition rulebook are they on now? I only play 40k.

@Lui13D You deploy one unit at a time, back and forth. The reason why mike appears to be setting up over half his army after shawn is because shawn only has 6 deploys, so when he finishes mike can just deploy until his entire army is on the field. They deployed correctly, we just didn't get to see the first part...

Orcs and goblins always have many units, which is why one must start causing panic tests ASAP so that most of the battle line has to flee :D ive seen it work and it works like a charm vs BIG GREEN HORDE! (BGH) good luck on that i think daemons have this one in a bag :D

i hate that when my goblins lose 2 soldiers in their 20 soldier unit and fail a leadership test since they suck at life and run away!

IF you play orcs and goblins then you need BIG units 25 plus for starters with goblins. Remember Goblins are just a unit to deliver fanatics and own small infantry units. That is their best use, go for the kill with Black orcs or Big uns.

@Lui13D - actually give up the shields on the Goblins, take shortbows and put about 75 shots into that Greater Daemon - probably do about 2 - 3 wounds on him right away.

Yeah it was my first thought at first, however because the rgeater daemon causes terror goblins will need 6's to hit.. and 6´s to wound.. making it really hard for them to make a difference. On th e other hand there is a magic standard that gives the bearers unit poisoned attacks. That really helps.

The poisoned attacks would be sweet - didn't know about that banner. I was thinking 5's to hit, 6's to wound - with the +1 for large target - assuming short range - just the threat of so many shots might cause Shawn to think twice before putting his LoC out in the open. - Now, If those were only Skinks - huh?

Yeah well..sadly goblins do not even compare to skinks,. Still they eat up big units like giants and deamons!! its awsome. However the fun i have with O and Goblins i can never get from another army.

I reckon right. I play an empire army, its not really that large at the moment as I'm just starting my venture into Fantasy from 40k. I also have almost got a chaos army due to demons from my 40k chaos army. And a box of warriors that I just like. As empire, fanatics are my biggest fear :D

@blackattack100 get rid of fanatics with a flying cptn on pegasus.. fly him close to fanatics sacrifice him or w--e and cause havock in the orcs and goblins line. problem solved you can then pick off the fanatic.s

I like that idea! I have always wanted a pegasus/griffon in my army. plus there's an item where you reveal all secrets within 12" of the wizard holding it, (would that mean that the fanatics would be unleashed I wonder :D)

Panic test are taken when you lose 25% of a unit a twenty man unit would have to lose 5 before taking a test so I dont know why your fleeing? FYI a 21 man unit would need to lose 6 its a nice little tactic

it's not a tournament, it's kinda common curtesy to give tips or at least your comments on the opponents turn. IMHO, that way everyone gets better at the game, and there's not much fun in beating someone who doesn't play as good as he could ;)
