I've been watching Jeff Sutherland's videos and taking notes the last few days and they're absolutely fantastic.

This is not the first one to watch, though. Start with "Self-Organization." If you don't know anything about Agile, though, read up on it first, so you have a foundation.

Google can bring in anyone they want...so the fact that there are THREE videos within about a year ought to tell you something, --especially since Google doesn't even do pure Scrum!

what a bad presentation. This guy feels like a sales manager going on and on about nothing. No ideas or personal experiences are shared..coz i dont think he has any.

Great stuff about Scrum directly from one of its creators. If you are into agile this is a must see video.
