the thing that you have to take into account is the environment of Gaza. This is not Israel or Tel Aviv. This is a refugee camp...crowded and densely populated. How can you prove that they are using anyone as a human shield? I've never seen specific proof that anyone is being used as a human shield in this conflict. Yes, they are using this building to run around...but do you have any proof that this actually means anything? Do you not understand that there is major propaganda happening?
