judo is my kind of martial art.I love all the diffrent kind of throws and locks.My friend knows an nother martial art called ... Aaa i kind of forget but it goes something like try kong do.He thought me how to do my punches right and my kicks so that would come in handy if i can't grab em.But if anyone would like to do judo you would have to be fast and flexable(well not really flexable).

what is the throw that happens at 1:00?

That throw is called Uchi Mata. You use your hip as fulcrum to lift you opponet that is much more heavier than you with ease. It's one of my favorite moves during my days in judo.

This looks like Seoi Nage to me.

Yeah, i looks very simular to a Seoi Nage, beacause the throw is fairly simular to Uchi Mata, but if you slow it down a little, you can see that the guy swinged his leg under his opponet's left leg. Good eye though.

Tori drops very low to his knees,charges on his shoulder and manages to stand-up to complete the throw. I think it's Morote Seoi Nage.

well im learning in Wales but i think its also enforced under bja rules, so the whole of britain i think.
