For stage 2, when you to about 2:53 in the video, it is a lot easier and faster to get through this area if you collect a star, then jump in the "chimney" where you came from, and release it. Gimmick will ride the star right through most of the level, pretty much up to the flying "sheep".
No offense... but I like at 3:55 where you say "I like how the enemies can be idiots sometimes and run themselves into the water"... And at 3:57... :P

At 5:22, if you ride those flying things back to the left you can jump on top of the coconut trees, items will drop.
