This indeed is Graff Cottage. It was built in 1921 and used by staff at first and then later housed patients. There is alot that has changed since this video was created. I personally haven't been there in a good solid 2 years, so since 2009. Once new owners took over, they have been arresting ALOT of people. Not everyone, but enough to keep me away for fear of being the unlucky one. I spent many days and nights in that building and have done many investigations there. Definitely active.

I've been in there numerous times and have encountered ghost and moans, noises. If you watch the windows once you live you'll see eyes in the downstairs window. You can't miss them, they glow a greenish then white. I've heard noises and saw something in that basement I didn't want too see. You will know when it's happening it gets real cold and you will feel wind gusts inside. and I wouldn't recomment the upstairs its not a stable floor.

At 3:49 there is a visible mist, which is cool to look at and could mean something. Around 4:26 you can tell how creepy that hallway is... Which it is very creepy. You guys did a good job at this. Oh and I could've sworn I heard something whispering in a couple parts. Felt pretty creeped out just watching this. 5 stars for doing such a good job.

go down into the basement past 1:00 am if you want to hear female screams. Happened to me and my friends twice now. First time was one scream and a bang. second time was four screams. It wasnt someone fucking with us we had 2 guys posted outside on security watch and they saw NO ONE come down! and we searched around after the screams and saw NO ONE! I honestly tried and can't debunk those screams. They sounded so close and so human. It was freaky

Haha those things you call orbs are dust particles or bugs that is reflecting off your flash. A true orb will produce its own light. I am glad that someone realized it was just their breath in the fog picture. You should of brought an Digital Recorder. But over all not bad :)

The building in this video is not the old hospital it was a staff buidling the orignal buildings are are surrounded by the up and running hospital there are 7 diffrent orignal buildings back there some still in use. can only get in by car during daylight hours.

great chance the'r ghost(spirits) in there. many people died in hospitals cauze of murder or failed operations. there was a hospital where a whomen died on an operation table, she was waiting for operation, she was straped down on the table cuaze she was verry dangerous. but the operation table cought fire deu to instrumemt failure and so she burned alive. now she haunts that hospital, many people have seen rooms on fire and when the run in there's nothing. just an old burned operation table.

First off torrance hospital is still open but contrary to what you say the old building in the woods across the street right at the bend "that you seemed to have missed" is where they are. This is not a party spot and if you would like to go you better prepare to enjoy a night in jail

I am employed at TSH so it is indeed not shut down. This "haunted" building is the Graff building which was closed many years ago and is now on land not owned by the state. It's just a party spot.

I was at that abandoned building -- in the one room there's a large sign on the floor that has been worn from weather and it says "Torrance State Hospital--Visitor Entrance" So. that abandoned building without a doubt is the old Torrance...
