  • Nope I'm good I have 3 kids but it surely didn't feel like it hurt like that. That baby was stuck

  • I'm due July 2nd .....I remember seeing my mother give birth to my brother when I was 11.... OMG, I should've learned then lol....I'm preparing myself!

  • Baby was stuck for a minute. Brave woman! Ouch.

  • Aww...that baby was so cute.I luv kids. That is one brave woman.I want a baby so bad.I don't care how bad it hurts bringing it into the world.I'd do it more than once

  • I know that was painful but I want a baby. This woman was so brave.I don't care about what u have 2 go through 2 get a child in this world.I love kids so much I'd actually go through that more than once

  • :)

  • Every men should watch

  • couldnt she shave first ughh and her husband is just looking down like probablyy eww lls

  • far she was too noisey, and why couldn't the doctors just let the baby come out when it was ready instead of yanking it out of her.. Ive had 2 and it has been nothing like that

  • watching this video makes me feel like I'm giving birth lol

  • Men don't understand the pain us woman have to go through! And even if you like really love him like if he is your highschool sweetheart. Wouldnt it be weird to have a vaginal delivery in front of him?

  • I don't know..I think it's kinda embarrassing to have ur husband watch u giving birth >.< I'll be like "Stay outside!!" lol

  • I'm surprised no one has pointed out the mother likely had solder distocia, which simply means his shoulders got terribly wedged in her pelvis. With the baby's cord pushing against her pelvis, he;s starved of oxygen with every push. That's why the dr. pulled the baby out like that.

  • @JavaJunktified

Agreed! She did have a shoulder dystocia. Did you hear the nurse say that she needed help? In my unit, several RNs would have been in the room helping. Laying the Mother flat, pulling her legs way back against her abdomen & using suprapubic pressure if needed.

  • you were so polite to that lady(:

  • Despite how painful it clearly was, this woman kept remarkable control of herself. I imagine I'd be raving and begging for an epidural in her position.

  • thats why you get a c section

  • Ouch! The docotor pulling out the baby like tht looks like it hurts!

  • i don't want a baby anymore. JESUS!!!!!!!!!!

  • watching a video like this is exhausting!

  • beautiful. great job. :)

  • i like it :)

  • wtf is she doing ? you dont pull a baby out like that

  • the beginning of this video was great with the supportive midwife, but then that baby did NOT have to be ripped from the mother! and that Dr or Midwife what ever they were, did not need to use force to remove the baby! how about next time waiting for a contraction like how the body was meant to birth a baby naturally! that poor babies neck and that poor mother probably ended up with a big tear by having a hand in the vagina too! its just an example of too much intervention in the birth

  • that was wrong in so many ways:

    the position of the mother

    the un-sterile management

they delivered first the posterior shoulder

they didn't cut the chord while on the neck (not sure though about this one, as it wasn't thight)

and that McRoberts manouver didn't look well to me, but i haven't seen only one so i cannot judge well.

  • is the umbilical cord annoying? as in like it feels like somethings there?

  • oops.........

  • This vid is seriously making me rethink my childbirth plan....

  • the look on your face was the same exact lok on my wifes face when she gave birth

  • WOW omg! that was a lot of work!

  • she got the head out real quick. this looks painful but congrats =)

  • Yes. Look at all the pulling. Just because she's lying on her back. So, so sad. :-(

  • Birth doesn't need to be painfully excruciating at all. If women educate themselves, much of the pain can be aleviated without drugs. Also, she would have been in less pain if she weren't lying on her back. Bad position because the baby has to go over a "hump" to get born. If she were sitting up, there would be no hump and gravity would take over. American hospitals are a farse. Trained backwards, and they usually cause more harm than good.

  • @voxmel

    I agree

  • hey!

  • hey

  • how does it feel 2 hav the baby's head in n at the vaginal ???

  • We do get a bit of a feeling of what you go through for 18 hours... from when we marry you for the rest of our lives!!! No that's pain...

  • I WISH MEN JUST HAD ONE LITTLE BIT OF A FFEELING OF WHAT A WOMEN GOES THROUGH

  • @boutique4me

Yeah, hopefully women would also understand how much pain we go through giving birth to you.

  • @boutique4me why do you wish that? do you hate men? and if you're suggesting men don't experience any discomfort watching the only people in their life suffer, you are as ignorant as you are incorrect.

  • @boutique4me ITS YOUR CHOICE TO GET PREGNANT

  • Ai meu Deus!!!! Eu tive uma experiencia traumática em dar a luz em hospital, agora só em casa com a ajuda do meu esposo e doula!!!!!!!!!!!! e outra coisa, doi também mas é diferente!!!! Parabéns

  • WOW

  • Oh my god. I would say the doctor was way to aggressive...but I think there might have been some shoulder dystasia or however you spell it...glad my two births didn't go like that.

  • @sugakitty06 Looks like the posterior shoulder came out first--they prefer to have the anterior come out first. She was really wrestling with that baby to get the anterior shoulder out.

  • Holy hair!!

  • Wow! That looks so cool and painful at the same time.wata go mom!

  • i have 2 kids and im expecting twins february, and im scared as hell because what i went through when i had my last child was terrible! and im scared of going through it again, and i also fainted straight after i had my first child.. so im wondering if i will after i have the twins, these are the things that concern me! -.-... any suggestions on how i should have them?

  • Some hospitals and or doctors/nurses are WAYYYY too rough. I don't agree with how they yank and pull on the baby's head. If they'd let her push a minute she'd stretch out a little and the baby would come out easier. That's my opinion anyway....

  • @bizitchhater

I agree too, they are all in too much of a damn hurry

  • @alw7 hey there! they say the pain of giving birth is inferior compared to the joy of having a child and seeing him/her grow up.. so don't fret that much :)

  • This is why being a Man is good.

  • Having a baby hurts like hell trust me I had twins vaginal it's like a little hole streatched like 20x bigger the men should feel the pain

  • Wow

  • THAT LOOKS PAINFUL

  • I'm 35weeks and I just about fainted. I am so nervous.

  • they almost teared baby's head!

  • @xmentheboy yeah D&C is usually done when there is an abortion. Don't worry you're right. :D

  • ......lord have mercy....

  • This is why I wouldn't wish to be a women..

  • WOW. Good job Mom! That is amazing!

  • im expecting twins i hope giving birth to them isnt going to be as hard as thar :S

  • milemartinsoares- Existem muitas outras maneiras de levar um fora do bebê que pode ser mais confortável. Esta posição é usada mais freqüentemente em hospitais americanos, apenas porque é fácil para os médicos.

  • .... it looks like the delivery doctor is hurting the baby :(

  • Se todos os homens soubesse a dor que uma mulher passa pra te-lô, quando creçesse tratava ela no colo !

  • I will not be having kids!

  • The husband looks like he is going to pass out. I thought I was going to pass out! I have a new respect for birth control after this video

  • NO PAIN NO GAIN, and that includes the SEX to make things happen lol

  • arme frau

  • Is that poop on her leg?

  • Thats some hairy cunt,there!

  • OMG just the way the doctor was trying to pull out the baby it seemed that she was hurting the poor baby

  • Why on Earth would this woman want all of her lady bits on YouTube for everyone to see? At least it seems that she was decent enough to have all women caretakers.

  • Very good video.

  • autsch

  • @tashachand i think it's a modified ritgen's maneuver...

  • @jadeneilla: Draped hand at the perineum under the head to extend the head, other hand at the top to flex the head, thus keeping the head centered in the vagina and protecting the anal sphyncter...yeah, looks like a modified ritgen maneuver to me too. I won't know for sure for a few weeks, since I'm just starting my OB/GYN rotation tomorrow.

  • @tashachand i'm also a student so i'm not an expert.. if you ask me, i would say that there were also some flaws (i think) like they didn't drape the belly of the mother so that they could keep the baby sterile and stuff. But when the midwife forced her hand into the vagina, isn't that quite similar to D&C? My brother (a nurse) thinks that it's okay to do so, since you are assisting the delivery of the baby... I know the explanation is inadequate but perhaps you could read further on...

  • @jadeneilla isnt D&C a standard abortion procedure? sry if im wrong im not that great with medical terms :P

  • Ouch thats a tough delivery baby must have been big!

  • I'm a student midwife and start practicals next month. I've only seen birth with epidural.

I found it strange when the lady, it looked like she was forcing her hand in the vagina to pull the baby out.

Could you please explain if that's "normal" or part of the delivery process?

    Thank you :)

  • WOW! Very Detailed!

  • O GOD

    (FALLS OUT OF CHAIR)

  • So brave!

  • This is an educational video.. So hopefully you get to understand what a pregnant woman goes through.. You should be thankful for your moms..
