My guess - "Le Festin" from the 'Ratatouille' soundtrack (I think that counts as Hollywood)? It features a vocalist, Camille, mainly accompanied by a guitar, and seems to share a lot of the same chords...

I hope that helps! Perhaps if you could figure out what type of movie it was, or it was generally about, someone else might know :)
