It is true, I had a bad infestion from squeezing an ingrown hair on my knee. Sorry, but I've always squeezed zits on myself, my husband and my kids ... highly improbable that you will die from squeezing the infection out of your skin. Just be sure to cleanse the area thoroughly and your fingers. (First got a pin or needle and put it in the flame of a match to sterilize it, to get the skin opened.) Then I would squeeze in one direction, wipe off with alcohol and squeeze in other direction working clockwise. Then swabbed with alcohol after some bleeding. Works great!

Point taken. You don't have to buy their product (I certainly won't) but I wouldn't be popping zits either, as what they're saying is still true. When you pop a zit, you're creating a break in your skin, in other words, an open wound, and just like any other open wound, it can become infected with all the different kinds of nasty crap that floats around. Severity of said infections ranges, but I certainly wouldn't want to risk something like gangrene.

i took accutate for my acne problem about 4 years ago. i had to have blood test done once a month. it worked really good i admit. but the side effects were very severe. from dry skin to your skin feeling it was on fire. all kinds of other problems to where the blood work was done and i had to stop taking it because my blood test came back bad with my liver or kidney cant remember which. also if your trying to have a baby and your on accutate the baby will 100% have a birth defect...
