ALLAH WILL NOT CHANGE A PEOPLE UNTIL THEY CHANGE THAT WHICH IS IN THEMSELVES, BELIEVE IN ALLAAH WITH CERTAINTY, PRAY 5 TIMES A DAY IN THE MASSAJID, IT IS WAAJIB, GIVE ZAAKAT, FAST AND DO HAJJ WHEN YOU HAVE THE ABILITY, ALLAAHU AKBAR!!

  • Allah ,Souria,Bashar ou bas

  • There is only a chance of progress when the exploited class takes political and economic action. Protests and demonstrations are a waste of time and energy and further mystify our class in relation to bourgeois democracy. The anti-war movement was conclusive modern day proof of this. The consciousness within the exploited class needs to develop to a point where it takes internationalist economic action, in my view this is being held back by democratic illusions and 'left nationalism'.

  • @ButherLi55ett Hmm quite an interesting statement actually. I think I rather agree with it. I'll have to analyse that thought deeper.

    Thank You.

  • @Ciwan2 I've been interested in the question of war recently and was wondering what the reflections of the Stop the War Coalition were. But also what their thoughts and aims were originally. Did they actually think they could stop the war? Or was it a somewhat cynical exercise in 'politicizing' people/recruiting to the SWP? Hopefully there is something in Rees' book who was I think one of the main organizers. I'd also like to find out an Left Communist position on the matter or 'ultra leftist'.

  • @ButherLi55ett Protesting bourgeois governments to go to war (what someone is doing in this video) is for the birds though as they say. Much like a recent British anarchist who wished for the No Fly Zone and intervention in Libya. The class enemy will never do anything for the international working class and furthermore it pretends to ('humanitarianism' - bombing, [military] 'aid') while furthering oppression and exploitation.

  • @ButherLi55ett I wouldn't say the people in the video are urging bourgeois governments to go to war. No where in the video is war mentioned.

  • @Ciwan2 I may have overstated the case but what else is it when you ask states to solve problems? Problems which they are part of. Calling on the "International Community" - or whatever (which is an ideological term) to 'intervene' in barbarism which they are complicit in - but the people think they are not through either ignorance (no offence intended! I am ignorant of many, many things) or a belief that bourgeois democracy is progressive or that it is with our class so to speak.

  • @ButherLi55ett Asking a state to solve problems doesn't necessarily mean other countries should come and sort that state out.

I 100% agree that the so called "democracy" of the west isn't up to scratch. But do you know of a better, currently functioning alternative ? There might be theoretical solutions (possibly) but theories (in economics and politics) play very little roles in the everyday life of an average citizen.

  • @Ciwan2 Sorry, I don't understand your first sentance. "isn't up to scratch" - my point is bourgeois democracy aka 'The West' or ' (over) developed countries' can't get any 'better', it is what it is. As I pointed out somewhere else, the "solution" wasn't bombing Libya it was supporting an independent movement of the working and non-exploiting class, being supported by open struggle within the region to deepen and widen the international struggle, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt etc.

  • @ButherLi55ett I don't think the people that are bombing Libya want a Solution. All they are interested in, is their economical interests, or perhaps creating more economical interests. Now of course that isn't fair to the Libyan people. But then again, life and the world has never been fair. Hopefully that will change one day.

  • @Ciwan2 They most certainly do want a solution, they are asserting their class interests over their class enemy, the working class. The bourgeoisie is far more united as a class at certain times than we are, sadly.

Though I think it can be argued that events in Libya are partly an internal fight between different sections of the ruling class. But it is clear when one state sends in its military to a neghbouring state that all states are against the international working class and unity.

  • BIJI KURD U KURDISTAN!

    FREEDOM FOR ALL KURDS!

  • Democracy in the Arab World Now

    freedom now

We hope that Islamic extremists dont take the power in Syria, Egypt etc

Let's remember the Iranian revolution of ‘79, democratic people trusted extreme Islamists who pretended to be their allies and turned out to be just as repressive and corrupt, wearing a mullahs robe rather than a monarch's gown.

At the end democracy left Iran, try not to end up like them, being murdered and tortured and imprisoned even more than under the previous regime.

  • FREEDOM TO THE SYRIAN PEOPLE from the brutal oppressive Baathist dictatorship !

  • Biji Kurd o Kurdistan...freedom for Kurds in Syria, shame I was unable to attend on that day. Every fight is a fight for our freedom, our rights and our country.

    Thank you for posting.

  • Bji Kurd u Kurdistan

  • @hussein1979 Thank You for your constructive comment.

  • all of us love bashar.. everyone gets education here and you are allowd to express your views all the time...

and alah syria and bashar only....

  • @yasmin1040 Nope, not all of us love Bashar. I personally don't love any president that rules more than 4 years. I agree that poor quality education is better than nothing, but I would (just as everyone else with simple common sense) prefer excellent quality education, over poor quality one.

To you it maybe Allah, Syria and Bashar. To me it is Science, Human-Rights and Me.

  • @yasmin1040 Hehehe, you are funny. Seriously, are you educated?

  • Long Live Bashar Al Assad

  • @killersheik I don't mind him living long. What I'd like is for him to let go of his presidency seat.

  • @Ciwan2 So Syrian can go backwards?? Bashar is the best thing that happened

  • @killersheik Syria is already backwards.

  • @ArmenOfTheNorth I'm sure it'll happen soon :)

  • Kurds have always sacrificed for Sake of Arab and Islam, and we will always pay our respect to Islam and Arab, But Kurds and Kurdistan are above all heads, and no argument about it.

  • @Zaharkina You'll let me figure that out ? Is that because you, yourself don't know what you're talking about ?

What are you actually suggesting ? That being oppressed is better than being Free ? and that having No Rights is better than having rights ?

You might be right about them figures, but I would like to see some statistics first (sorry I'm skeptic about everything).

  • Comment removed

  • @Zaharkina OK First of all, throw away that thinking of " Oh we are all one big family " !

Wake up. The population of a country is many many many families, and each have different needs and opinions. Also you do realize that the word Skeptic is not the opposite of the word Optimistic right ?

I'm optimistic about certain things in life, and not so optimistic about others << that's just life. One can't be optimistic about everything.

Do you have some statistics for me or not ?

    your age ?

  • Comment removed

  • @Zaharkina Only people that don't care to proof their words won't provide evidence. You are one of them people.

In Syria, the poor don't even see the hospital. They die at home. Also have I ever said that everything in a free country is perfect ? Of course I haven't. but it is a million times better than the countries where the Son becomes president after the dad, and so on, and so on. In my opinion No President should rule more than 8 years.

  • @Ciwan2 Poverty effects many people, and these situations occur everywhere. I live in America, one of the most thriving countries in the world, and i see those things happen every WEEK. And obviously if the country is doing well with the same president ruling for many years, why change that and risk it? The Clinton admin. was one of the best ever. After Bush took over, America is in a recession. This could happen to Syria too. The protestors are only thinking about rebellion, not the future.

  • @hazeyyemm You risk it for the sake of Democracy and Change. If the change was bad, then in the next 4 years, people will vote to change again. << that's just how it is.

Again ... in western countries, things are not perfect, but again .. they are a 1000 times better than they are in Syria and the Middle East.

  • @Zaharkina Who the hell said anything about fighting ?

John F. Kennedy once said >> "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

That's what is happening in Syria. No sane person likes violence.

Ohh Did I hurt your feelings ? Is that why you removed your comments ?

  • @Zaharkina Also, even if them figures were right, I think you'll find that the majority of people would choose to be Free, with college education and no work, than to be oppressed with college education and no work.

  • Comment removed

  • @Zaharkina A good government provides student loans to its people to go to Higher Education. The Graduates then pay that money back with small interest on top.

With the government student loan, you then pay for living costs ..etc

Your questions are very silly ? May I ask how old you are ?

Here in the UK, I am Free. I can go onto the Streets and say what I want. In fact I often do. << You can not do that in Syria.

We've been asking for human rights in Syria long before the Revolution in Egypt

  • Comment removed

  • @Zaharkina And your point is ?

That's how it is. If you don't like it ! go and live somewhere else << simple.
