You have deffinately inspired me! I am going to look for classes now in Vancouver, it's the closest city to me. I am very openmined an are allways looking for a new way to work out. great video. very smoothe transitions. how did you learn to dance on a spinny pole? does the studio you go to have spinny pole lessons? cuz mine sure doesn't :(
@poleprincess89 Thanks!!! It takes practice to get used to the spinny pole. I used to get dizzy all the time! So make sure to learn the tricks on the static first, master it, then try it on spinny. And if you find it spin too fast, extend your arm or leg to slow it down. I have never been to a pole studio, although I would like to go some time soon... It's a bit of commitment as I don't always have the time after work.
