For the 30th Anniversary of My Fair Lady, the movie was digitally remastered. Jeremy Brett introduced the remastered version ... does anyone have that introduction? If so, can it be uploaded here?

I FINALLY had enough money to buy the entire Granada set on DVD and it was delivered just before the weekend. I've been swimming neck deep in Brett's Sherlock Holmes since then, no longer confined to the AVIs I downloaded off the internet. Viva Holmes! Viva Jeremy Brett!

I think this was recorded in 1991. I have just listened to the Desert Island Discs interview (late 1991) and JB was saying how he was in the US to promote public televison.

(PBS is public television, right? I don't know anything about US channels, as I'm from Europe...)

I want to thank everyone who has responded so kindly to this video. It's all about the wonderful man, Jeremy Brett. Please keep sifting through those old VHS tapes--maybe there are other surprises like this one still out there. I just feel privileged to have been its guardian. :)
