  • Carbs is BS, just don't eat refined carbs like bread/pasta whatever. Eat some veggies and eat a lot of protein/good fat.

  • lol looks like crap, smells like crap.... tastes good

  • aaaaaand you're watching your carbs?!?

  • I like to make a nice morning Shake. 1 cup milk, 1 cup fat free yogurt, 1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup frozen fruit, 2 scoops protein powder, 1 tbsp olive oil, handful of almonds. Really filling and I find it gives me a solid energy boost in the morning and starts my day off on the right foot.

  • blueberries, a banana, vanilla whey and milk, it taste a whole lot better

  • You are Hilarious! seriously this is awesome - carb watchers....you get over 30 you gotta watch those carbs. .....they smell a little bit yucky!

  • Looks fucking grosss dudeeeeeee

  • Too bad all of those store bought drinks are pasteurized or basically dead. The fresh banana and blueberries were a good idea!

The half later is even more dead. Frozen isn't so bad though.

  • 6 oz is 3/4 cup. You might want to get a measuring cup and practice. That was at least 16 oz of water you put in there.

  • thats was the most grows shake I ever taste.

  • The problem with adding frozen fruit is that you usually cant tast them. You need to let them thaw a little so their juices can get moving around

  • Nice shake Bruddah! We will drink one together when I drop by the UG!
