  • Ah, the "Concerto" from Villa-Lobos. That piece sounds better on soprano though.

  • Dr. McAllister looks and sounds like Sam Rockwell... (Justin Hammer from Iron Man II)

  • che suono di merda

  • SOmeone please make a youtube poop of this lol

  • Classical tenor saxophone...... what?

  • another way of toughing good, just get your girlfriend lol just joking

  • Great video, really helpful. And yay for Villa-Lobos. :)

  • Dan Akroyd?

  • Selmer C-Star?

  • @sagoland93 That's just a facing. If you mean S80 in a C* facing, no. He has an S90 probably in a 180 or 190 facing.

  • @carlheanerd

Uhhh that better not be the tip opening you're quoting.

  • @alirzb No the S90 doesn't use letters but numbers for the facing. 180 = 1.90mm = .075"

  • @carlheanerd

Good to hear!! I was going to be upset if someone else was trolling!!

  • @carlheanerd ... Again, it is not a normal selmer facing. It was done by Bob Scott in Michigan for students of Donald Sinta- One of T-Mac's teachers.

  • @Dr0Truth I heard somewhere that Dr. McAllister used a refaced MPC, thanks for confirming that! I just know it says 190 on this mouthpiece, thats all. Plus, we don't know if he wanted the tip opened/closed or not.

He's smart to use the Bob Scott facing though, I use one myself on my S80; one of best responding and flexible pieces I've ever used.

  • @carlheanerd Wrong

The facing was done by Bob Scott for all students of Donald Sinta. It's called the "Sinta Facing."

  • lol
