All the stupid remarks by Karl has all been said in the radio show (with slightly altered answers, of course.) And don't think the Podcast and the Radio show is the same thing, cause it's not. And there's where he first started saying "The Ricky Gervais show" - as sort of like a joke between him and Stephen, as that's not what the radio show was originally named.
