Tapion is his name. You can get the movie in the US since it was released last year. "Wrath of the Dragon" was the movie title. It is pretty cool movie.

it takes 4 years to create a cartoon movie, it takes just as long to translate as they have to change the lip movement to go right with the words, it would look weird if they just Dupped it completey
