The game was pretty good, then again OFP games normaly are.

A few thing's could have been better, but RE River will make up for it.

@tails3000 It wasn't out that long ago, I kinda think (dragon riseing) was a live fire test for Red River.

It was a good enough game to play but still had bugs you find in a beta wich leads me to belive it was actually one big playable demo.... Red River is a whole new ball game, with out the problems of dragaon riseing.

@tails3000 Destructible enviroments would be nice but I dought it will happen. I think what we'll end up getting is a smooth playing, good looking, realtime, team based, tactical shooter. Very few if any bugs, a good story mode, and great online play. we'll just have to weight and see ..........

I have it on PS3 this is an online mission you can have up to 8 players ingame setup in annihlation u have 4 v 4, others the assaulters or defenders are out number 5 vs 3. But other player options r 6, 4 and 2. No lean you can walk. Online there are 4 to 5 Fireteams(FT) with 4 to 5 units in each. You can select any of units(have different load outs. Highest rank usualy squad commander who controll all AI. Then FT commander controlles FT highest player in FT. You can have more then 1 player in FT

you all say this looks fake but dont take into account that flashpoint is a much more complicated and realistic game, control wise, than cod (although lean would have been good). Also the game is not about graphics it's about simulation. There is also the fact that code masters is a lot poorer than infinity ward and treyarch.

What AI problems? The old ones? ARMA2 is progressing more than any game. The devs listens and corrects. AI addons enhance the AI extremely.

yeah its 4v4 but each person has a 3 man AI squad they command so it really is 16v16

No walking for PC either, they had some lame excuse like only a stick on a controller (->console) would allow smooth change of speed... and I guess the controller also had to few buttons to add an option for leaning... fail

Who cares about smooth changing the speed of walking anyway, they could have just added in a button which changes from running to average walking speed.

Im glad you mentioned that no walk also, because thats thing witch i was angry about as many times as i was angry about no lean...

If the just copy movement from GRAW that would be perfect, if the wanted to have simplyfied but pretty realistic movement

There is even "lean up" when u stand to your stretch legs witch allows u to aim across some cover: short wall, car, dumpser container, even shoulder your team mate bu thats risky =D

In GRAW i also like back slide: RUN->JUMP on our ass->go duck.

the multiplayer for this game is terrible. Neat concept, but the servers have terrible connections so basically the host will win every time.

I think he only has command of the other three members of the fireteam and that the other guys are all support.
