Наверное, вы не обращали внимания. Ведь родная речь более понятная. И потом, не забывайте, у иностранцев сленг. Например, в русском "пошёл на" нет ничего матерного для иностранца - он воспримет это как предложение куда-то пойти, что-то посмотреть, но для русского - это оскорбление, а никакое предложение куда-то пойти, что-то посмотреть. Так же и в иностранном языке - совершенно безобидные в переводе на русский предложения могут оказаться обидными сленговыми фразами...

It's quite obvious that this is a domesticated tiger that somehow got loose / lost and is looking for things he's familiar with. He was unafraid of humans, didn't react to the aggressive behaviour of the guys that filmed it and showed several signs of submission or at least tolerance (the "winking").

There'd need to be a car driving by twice a day throwing it 4 kilos worth of meat, or it wouldn't even survive for two weeks.
