I hate to be serious in a youtube comment but its clear that the end of this video is representative of the cynical (but somewhat true) notion that in the case of American Christians, Christmas has seemingly grown more "Santa-centric" than Christ-centric. Christmas was never Christ centric. Jesus was born in either June or March according to most Christian scholars. The birth of Christ was laid over the Yule celebration -- a disservice to both Christians and pagans. I don't think SFA would be concerned about Santa replacing christ so it's unlikely to be a theme. Seemingly Gruff saw Santa on a cross whilst shopping in Japan and he says they released this christmas song as an excuse to have Santa on a cross on the cover. An alternate ending shows Santa with an arrow through his head. I think the video is more to do with capitalism than anything else.
