@paranoidandroid505 This song in particular reminds me a lot of The Doors. You should check out some Doors songs like "Waiting for the Sun" which I find similar to this song. I'm pretty sure Julian Casablancas has said in interviews how he was inspired by Jim Morrison and The Doors, the influence is evident in some of their songs, Julian's style (leather pants) and sometimes even in his singing voice. Sorry for the ramble, I just love both The Doors and The Strokes!
