The sad thing is most people in Phelan, CA only have Dial-up or satellite internet and recently Virgin Mobile 3G internet. A select few have a good connection like DSL. I know this because I moved to Phelan, CA in Oct. 09 and all I could get was Dial-up for landline internet and still there is no DSL available from Verizon.

I lived in Phelan for 18 years....from birth to age 18...I now live in orange county and can't be more happy I got the hell out of that death trap city...sorry for you that are still stuck there

Damn... can't believe all the stuff going down in little ol' Phelan right now xD I graduated from Serrano in '07, I think I might have been in choir with Stevie or at least seen her around since I was in choir 11th and 12th grade.
