@ghengisgilbert I think it's the camera itself. It has fallen a lot since I've bought it. It also makes a clicking noise when I record! You can hear it more prominently in my Language Hacking Guide video. Once I've bought my flights for December / January I'll see if I have money left to replace it!

@irishpolyglot the problem is that you have dust on the sensor inside the camera. You can buy kits to clean this, or just take it to a camera store and ask for the sensor to be cleaned.

@Codylangaugesblog Trick is to go to South America or Asia with dollars/euro. Then you can literally be a millionaire! (1,000,000 Colombian pesos is like $400 :P ) Flight to Bogotá is about $100 from NYC. What's stopping you? ;)

@loki2504 I'm not sure when, but I am going to learn it. I am more interested right now in learning Arabic and Somali. There are a lot of Somali people in Minnesota. Yesterday I went to a Somali shopping mall, it was really fun.

Awesome apartment. I've never heard you speak, only read your blog, and it just shocked me when I heard you speak with an Irish accent, even though I know you're Irish. I subconsciously associated being good with English as being synonymous with speaking with an American accent. So funny I never realized I had that in my head this whole time even though you're Irish.

It's such a nice apartment! But it looks way expensive!!! I'm thinking about moving to Colombia! I come from Brazil (so by the way, very nice T-shirt!!!) and I'd like to study in Colombia for a while. Some people say it's a very dangerous country, but Brazil is dangerous as well... So, what do you think about Colombia? Is it a good country to study and live? What about security? What would you say? What are your impressions about the country? Hope hear from you!!
