@dreamdemon99 he is layering at least two different tracks. to me it sounds like three at some points. if you have a hard time just hearing for sure it, watch where the camera angle changes and it's still the same chord, he's using a different shape on each angle

The incredible sound quality might also have to do with the fact that he's playing a Taylor. Not knocking the snowball, but it might sound different with a lower quality guitar.

I can't help but think that this would have been better on position two. the -10db compression would have done wonders for the sound. Or maybe you could have positioned the guitar further away. Something tells me that the room has not been set up for recording.

i noticed that in the beginning the sound comes from the LS and then into the right side. is this the mic's functionality (as in, was this done through the mic's ability to absorb sound through different sound tunnels) or from a program?
