this is some serious music to make love to after a big fight. they just knew how to sing to a woman.after hearing these guys blow all i can say is wow
Another blast from the past hot summer time in Toledo listening to WKLR charlie chuck and Paul brown the man about time, Golly thank you, this was the tune for every angry broad and pissed off chick. The best song to whoop butt on girls!
was 6yrs old when this came out but i remember my mother playing it on our old turntable with a penny on the arm of the needle so the record wouldnt skip. Am i going to far back for yall?
Thanx again for the timeless memories FrankyHoboken. You do know how to touch a nerve & tug @ those "Heartstrings". You are the greatest mi hermano. Thanx again.
SWT, I'm glad to hear that somebody else went through what I went through: for a minute, I was beginning to suspect that Skip was spying on MY life to come up with the lyrics for this.
"You don't like the clothes I wear/You don't even like the way I comb my hair." YIKES!!!
@barrys I saw Skip at a party in November and he sang Happy Brithday to the guest of honor. I know he got tired of me telling him how much, I having grown up in D.C., have loved his stuff since the 60s. This is a great song.
this is the first time i've ever heard this song. because of the title, i had to listen, especially when i've been told about my "funny moods" nice song
This song, my college and lifelong friends at one point made our theme song. We were in collge at Slippery Rock State in Penna, when we first heard it. It is a nice smooth message for that moody woman in your life.
Right On, Hammer? You know Action J always dug it.

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! Great song, esp. because it reminds me of my first ex-wife.

Funny you mention that barrys. I remember this song from 1973 & it describes my favorite
ex-wife to a tee & reminds me of her too! Skip really hit the nail on the head didn't he? GREAT HARMONY & LYRICS. Right on Brother, right on......
