What is the first chord you are playing? I see your middle finger is hitting the C note on the A string. But what are the other two fingers holding? BTW, love your channel.
@cspagnoli The camera angle makes it look like my middle finger is playing that C note. It's actually just a D chord without the high E string covered. So you'd cover G string at the 3rd fret and B string at the 2nd.
@privettricker Bet you get sick n' tired of telling people that it's NOT a D-45,..but a D-41, sam damned guitar, similar MOP appointments, but not as many as the 45. Got 9 Martins among the "Herd",...love em'!,...got to admit that my McPherson blows them all away,...go play one if you haven't already,..they are sonic beasts. My hat's off to you,...you have by far the best vids on YT for learning, up close & personal, in your face,..no excuses. My N.Y.'s resolution = post more vids! Best, T

suggestion - use a "double-drop D" both E's to D. eliminates the G(or 3rd) in the base. Keep up the good work! That 41 is a beauty.

@crcausey I like the G in there, though.

what are those 2 chords you play during the bridge?
argent2345 1 year ago
@argent2345 I don't know what to call them, but I play it as:
First chord: Bottom E string 3rd fret, A string 1st fret, D string 3rd fret, G string open, B string 3rd fret, high E string open.
For the second chord, I move it up two frets, except I don't play the bottom E string.

@argent2345 Forgot to mention that at the end of the guitar solo, those two chords are just played in reverse.
