I got a 40 def range tank now. But i aciedently got to much def, so to get Lunar spells and rune/barrows gloves ill need to lvl past 40. Idk if i should just stay 40 def with addy gloves, or get higher def. And then idk what def i should get. any ideas?

i think that vengence and barrows gloves are worth the extra def. if i were you id get 70def with b gloves, cannon, veng. you could also stay 60 def if you wanted thats up to you.

Why do you swap from dragon armour to the standard rune full, kite and legs? why not stick with dragon skirt and helm?

I really really enjoyed this video. I have a tank pure simular to yours. I am 60 defence also however my ranged level is only 66 but soon to be higher.
