I'm a former amateur wrestler and quite frankly the guys lucky he didn't get caught and his opponent didn't turn it into a double leg take down. trust me this a big no-no and shouldn't be tried. and if you do you better make it or your going to get your ass handed to you by your coach.

@TruHider My apologize I didn't look too closely at the title. and this is somebody who got 3rd in the state of Texas in Roman Greco. anyway he still some what lucky the guy didn't catch him. also being that I've never found myself in that situation I'm not entirely sure the no leg touch rule applys when the guys legs are in mid air. so your right I'm sorry I definatly should of looked at the title closer.
