I just bought this game off of the XBL Marketplace for $19.99. I played the first game extensively, maybe 60 hours or so, and I really enjoyed it. It's like Sims but with pinata everywhere. Trouble in Paradise gave me everything I wanted but didn't get from the first game, and even more. Yes, the game is somewhat oriented towards children, but I'd recommend this to any gamer. I'm an FPS guy, and I think this game is absolutley creative and ingenious. Rare rocks!!!

@whatadoe They did do something special with this game. I've not played it myself, but I watched an Ex gf who wasn't even a gamer get utterly hooked until one day she played for something like 8 solid hours. She said it hurt to blink. Then she went cold turkey.

They only explain the NEW stuff!

Rare kind of expects the player has played the previous game,

One thing that I severely hated in the 1st one was how space was managed. 1 Whirlm took up the same space as 1 Doenut,accesories took up space,etc.

I have to admit this game isn't nearly as "relaxing" as many claimed it to be. In fact, this is one of the most infuriating games I've played to date; with the constant scrambling to fertilize and water plants, tap off flowerheads and fruit, fight off sour pinatas, kill weeds, romance species, etc. I wish I had a guide to. @yarneyboy24, the first was very simple and relaxing. Now in order to complete it you have to completely romance all pinatas(it takes like 150 hours or something and it gets very aggravating when you have to restart over and over). Sometimes you have to wait 20 minutes for a plant to grow and continuously fertilize it which can get boring. I was a perfectionist with the first. I have all of the achievements. This one is to and I dont even have half of the gamerscore.
