Actually when you grab the Master Sword the game preforms an "Adult Reset" which places the bombs onto the C button even if you never got them. They are usable you just need to make sure you don't place another item overtop of it.

But who needs bombs when you have RBA?

@pepe6622327 Yep. And RBA stands for Reverse Bottle Adventure. After you steal the fishing rod and put a bottle on the B button then you can overwrite various memory addresses. The item is the modifier and the item on C-Right determines what address is modified. For example, the Poacher's Saw is linked to the songs, so if you have that on C-Right and have half milk on B (31 Modifier) you will have the Serenade of Water and the Nocturne of Shadow and the Prelude of Light and Zelda's Lullaby.

@pepe6622327 Using RBA you can get the Spirit and Shadow Medallions which will trigger the Light Arrow cutscene and the rainbow bridge since when you have those two, the game automatically assumes you have the other ones. And with BA, you can even get a Sold Out Sign as a sword :D
