Favorite move! And I think it's very PC. it's about accepting everyone regardless of their differences. Is the POV waltz before or after they encounter The Rock Man? He's my fave!
your are so right - this is f$%*ing brilliant - why don't the BBC show this. I remember Boxing Day 1971 watching this on BBC2 - I don't think Ringo did the narration though.
ok so it's 2 months on, but no, Ringo didn't. Dustin Hofman did the original. I watched it yesterday for the first time in all those years, and I can see why the Beeb or anyone else wouldn't show it now. Too dated, and not P.C probably. Shame though, because it is great, and brought back great memories of a better time. My 11 year old loved it too!
