it is the worst experience in my life, they are bunsh of liers who dont deliver any thing. maintenance is bad, parking is bad, and to top it off the electricity charges is huge people are receiving electricity bills for 3000 AED monthly. they lie to you they tell you that Air conditioning is covered since it is central and it is on the tower not on you after you move you will find the hard way that it is not on them but on you and it is not central it is split units. bottom line it is the worst.
