I read about a lawsuit filed against law makers in Houston, who were attempting to ban bikes on some new roads. To those who may be interested in that story, do google search using key words, "houston bike bus lane lawsuit". Or google case number "01-20605-cv0" . I would be interested in any comments on that case.
