It's not clear if any actual therapy, in the traditional sense of the word, is taking place, although Ching does appear to be having fun, which could be therapeutic for him. That is very different from receiving therapy, from a therapist.

Question. Mr. Khan is teaching him coordination, control and following orders....is this still therapy or is it education?

the child playing the drums was having fun following the instructor.. Looks like fun =)
