Are you serious??? A twenty year old cop car with 300k that's worn out and has been wrecked mulitple times is why Chrysler is having trouble????? Dodge isn't going anywhere.
@clete99 thats the dumbest thing i ever heard, its an old car probabaly with a lot of miles, some old shitty chevys and ford would do the same thing. dodge will always be here.
hey...... pump it twice or three times and crank the key for just a second or two... it would probably fire right away... the white smoke floating past in the background shows your flooding the shit out of it , you dont need to gas it so many times!!!
I say fuck all the big three I hope they all go out.People sould not be paid $60.000 a year to but on wiper blades

This is why Dodge is the next car line to go. Chrysler is all but out of business. They will go bye-bye in the near future.

Diplomats, Gran Fury's and Fifth Avenue's ran until 1989 and never had EFI. They all had 2bbl carbs except the cop car versions which had 4bbl carbs.

oh i see i thought 86 was the downfall

@wranglersnmt Did the 2bbl look like the were only a 1bbl? Im looking at an 88' Ex police caravelle, and the carb on it only has one flap.

@DodgeMan360
The police 318's have a 4bbl. My 89 had the 4bbl.

@wranglersnmt I guess they came with a 2bbl option, the one I found is, but its just a single flap. Great cars.

I am flooding it on purpose. It holds no compression in two cylinders and is basically done. I plan to hold my foot to the floor until it dies.
