  • I don't agree with Allen when he talks about the withdrawal process, it IS perceptible, some of the cravings I endured were powerful enough that I started again before I quit permanently eleven years ago. It's true to say there is no physical pain but sometimes the feeling of withdrawal can be over whelming. The book removed the illusions and the brain washing but it did not remove the withdrawal process which is different for everyone but don't under estimate the power of withdrawal.

  • Allen Carr saved my life

  • People often pose the question "what is the easies to stop smoking?" Allan doesn't condense it in to one singular answer it's rather more clever than that. Your dependency on nicotine is built around fear, fear that life will never be as enjoyable again without your crutch. As he says it is nicotine brain washing. Smoking makes you feel anxious it makes you feel ill it DOES nothing for you. The only 'enjoyment' comes from quashing each and every withdrawal pang when nicotine levels drop.

  • Just read Carr's book and listened to a short audio version...Smoking that last cig now...RIP Allen Carr/Bloody Genius

  • He saved my life. I quit 2 years ago after attending his "class". I just quit smoking during the class and never smoked again. Im happy non-smoker since then :)

  • He saved my life. I quit 2 ears ago after attending his "class". I just auit smoking during the class and never smoke again. Im happy non-smoker since then :)

  • Day 2 of being a non smoker.... Never again!

  • He reminds me of Bricktop, from the film Snatch!

  • after 20 years of heavy smoking i quit using Allen Carrs easy way......

  • I'm 16 and have been smoking for around 2 years, but after watching this video i've decided i'm quitting smoking for good, i want to actually start to get fit and not run out of breath everytime i walk up the stairs or walk up a hill, thanks to this video i'm gonna do that:), best of luck to everyone else who decides to quit aswell

  • @Sasquatch24495 Did it work ?

  • thank you

  • thank you

  • He should be even better known than he is, anyone can stop smoking with his method.

  • I read his book and quit after I finished it. I was a long time smoker and it was easy after I understood a few things. If you have decided to quit, get his book and do it. It's a lot easier than you think.

  • RIP and thank you for saving my life, AND my quality of life.

  • You people be sure he'll rest in peace, he saved our ex-miserable lives! :)

  • he looked such a great person!

  • After you watch this movie you understand that you don`t have any reason

to smoke again. Smokers also like this method because Allen Carr will not scare you with facts about how smoking is harmful to health.

You can fined full movie on yebako,,,c0m

  • thank you Allan:-)

  • thanks Allen, you have saved my life.

  • I smoked my final cigarette on the 1st August at 3.30pm. And it has been a breeze, I have absolutely no inclination to smoke at all.

I had been to the clinic about 4 years ago and it worked for a while but I think I must have missed something. So on Saturday I bought the Easy Way to Stop Smoking with the Hypnotherapy CD and it has worked! I have tried the will power method about 5 times in the past but failed each time.

There is only one way to stop and that is the Easy Way

  • Thnx to Allen I quit smoking overnight after 10 yrs of smoking without any urge to smoke again.

  • @sandyhp666 You didn't have ANY withdrawel at all??

  • @bodetree

The withdrawal from nicotine is so slight you barely notice it. The mental withdrawal, when using the willpower method, is another story. It creates fear and anxiety. Allen Carr's method removes this frame of mind. So all you're left with is a barely noticeable nicotine withdrawal that is actually a pleasant experience, because you know it is, at last, leaving your body...so you end up jumping with joy....over 4 year for me now...Best thing I ever did was kill that little bastard.

  • At 16 sometimes I fell tempted to start smoking but things like this help...this man is a genius.

  • True that m8, I'm 24 and I've smoked 20-30 a day for the past six years, this man has finally shown me how i can quit:) He's more than a genius, he's a hero and a legend. R.I.P. Allen Carr.

  • after 10 years smoking i stopoed smoking after watch allen car documentary! and the most import thing, without effort. It was one year and a half ago

  • Another Allen Carr success story here. I smoked for 10 years. After the audio cd I haven't smoked a single cig in 8 months. Someone could blow smoke in my face now and I still wouldn't want one.

  • he's da man, him an obama haha...

  • 3:28... I'd be fine with my children smoking only if they had the money to buy them... for me, too, lol.

  • The worst part about smoking is NOT death, everybody dies, get used to it. It's the fact that it COSTS so goddamn much. The government taxes it and Philip Morris is too much of an asshole to care about the poor, right? Yes, even being the Democrat I am, taxes on cigs and booze make it so fucking bad.

  • @mussman717word it's not even the wasted money thats the worst thing - it's knowing youre a mug for spending anything at all on such a pointless addiction. We'd be better off throwing the money down a drain than using it to destroy our bodies and going through life with bad breath, a massively increased chance of a slow painfull death, and those black shadows in the back of our mind, knowing we are weak for not quitting and that we are dependant on something. what of waste of time

  • Oh my God, that opening sequence set to the tune of Louis Armstrong made me feel like Michael Jackson at a kiddie porn festival. Just quit yesterday. I fucking hate being broke.

  • damn right!!!

  • This method worked for me.I started smoking in 1973 when i was 12. I am 7 weeks into my quit and feel great. I will never smoke again and don't miss it at all.Istill read passages from the book Easyway from time .

  • He has a great point..this nicotine gum and patches isnt going to help them quit, how can u cure a persons addiction by giving them the same drug? Excellent Point here..

  • I smoked for 10 years and nothing helped me quit before I read his book. Well, it's been more than a year since I've had my last cigarette and I don't think I will ever go back. maybe he found a way to hypnotize me or whatever, I don't care. It worked for me and I am grateful.

  • I read the easy way over xmas period. I decided that the new year would be my time. Since 1st Jan I have had three cigarettes! I didn't enjoy them, and I went back to the book for help! I think it works for me. It's early days but so far I haven't done too badly!

  • This method is the ONLY method that worked for me - and I have literally tried everything

  • R.I.P Allen Carr

  • Does this really work?

  • Sure does!

  • best method on the planet. if you keep your state of mind you are free for ever

  • Im 18 and I have been smoking for onl 3-4 months now and the only reason I started was because I thought it was cool and because myfriends smoked but I am determined now to stop for good and free myself from the nicotine chains. thumbs up if you have quit or if your quitting :)

  • I smoked 5 years. I read his book and now i don't smoking. Since 01.25.2009!!! and don't drinking alcogol!!!

  • you gotta be kidding man

one of the reasons i quit smoking is to enjoy what i like i life, and alcohol is one of them!

beer becomes a thousand times better after you quit, not to mention wine

  • Read the book. Stopped smoking. And I feel so happy to escape the poison. Now I can play with my children and not gasp for breathe.

    God bless you, Allen Carr.

  • Word!

  • If you're a single guy, try this idea: if you don't smoke, you can date any girls whatsoever, whether she smokes or not. But if you smoke, you really are restricted to only women who smoke. I know it sounds shallow, perhaps it is. But if you really like sex and pretty gals, it works - or did so for me.

  • I smoke like a chimney and my girlfriend (who's never been a smoker) will kiss me while I'm smoking. Not always the case, my friend. But a good idea, never the less ;-)

  • I put his CD Audio book on my MP3 player

and when I rode on the train to work, or sat in a coffee house etc. , listened to his audio book, a few chapters per day. I also took the time to watch his DVD each day.

It worked the SECOND time I read his book, I just wasnt ready the first time. I was a chain smoker and have been clean for 2 years. RIP Allen. thank you for your gift.

  • I haven't smoked in over a month, no desire to EVER smoke again. Thank you Allen, you were a saint!

  • I quit smoking by reading his book, (in Norwegian) It helped me alot! I also used some alternative thoughts to help me. When I felt the need of a cig, I said to myself, it`s not ME who say I need a cig now. It`s the nicotine that says I need one. And it was easier to say no to the Nicotine, than to say no to myself, my "needs" etc. I also was using this one: Yes, I have abstinence, it means I quit smoking!

  • I know that so often I have decieved myself, ignored the simple truth that my mind keeps pleading with me. Really, I haved quit at least 5 times and from that I know that I will only be able to quit when I admit that it is not hard, that I don't really want to smoke, and that all the negative feelings are from my sence of giving something up that I percieve as a part of myself that has been there for a long long time.

  • hmm I lighted a cigarette while whaching this video :D hahah

  • I can't sleep at all tonight... I actually have the book and I am definately going to read the book tonight & hopefully finish it. I really want to quit, it's so darn difficult! It's been on my mind for so LONG! It makes my face breakout, my car smells, I spend every second of my day thinking about cigarettes. It has to be the most difficult thing I've ever tried to attempt in my life. I am an engineering student and I've had a few difficult courses but nothing like this... this is HARD!

  • haha I am an aeronautical engineer and i must say, it's really not the same thing. Not the same kind of difficult...This is a battle, it affects emotion and body. I have been fighting that demon now for 6 days...well 10.

  • i read his book...and after 15 min. i startet to stop smoking.....since 4 months....yessss

  • RIP to dear Allen, but he lived about 20 extra years because of stopping. He was proof you can make money in this world actually doing something positive.

  • I think the author Alan Carr recently died from lung cancer - though he hadn't smoked in 30 years - it still got him.

  • I stopped a long time ago. Ive not red the book but it sounds on target to me.

    1) above all else I think it is suicidal to smoke. if you smoke in todays day with all the information out there, I think that means you have a terrible unresolved conflict in your life.

I read an old book on smoking (1950's publication i think). they had done a study at that time and collected evidence that suggested that smokers died younger from everything.

    2) you stink something awful.

  • The book didn't work for me, then again i did rush through it.

I might try it again at some point.

  • I purchased the book over a year ago, and i still have not read it, i guess i'm scared of giving up

  • This man was a genius

  • An overview? Its just another 'enslavement' tactic from the government. They DONT want you to give up! They offer 'help' by nicotine replacement - nicotine continuation. A corrupt lie to keep us 'dumbed' down when the 'power' they have has suddenly been dispelled! Good luck ALL and RIP Allen - your a Great man.

  • im going to stop smoking and so is my daughter on tuesday next week. come on

  • did u quit yet

  • I was smoking for about 15 years, and tried everything, but the only thing that worked was the allen carr clinic. how are you doing?
