yes that will work if you "daisy chain" them together. what I like to do to keep it clean is get a add a fuse thing and hook it into the cig lighter fuse spot, and buy a extra female end of the the cig lighter. than you can wire both led bars together and have the "car adapter" as you call it plug in and both will light up. if you need any more help I can always shoot a quick video for you
@ari1216 i think i know what you mean. When you buy led bars sometimes the wires are stuck together but if you take a small scissors or razor pen you can split the two wires and then just pull them apart. this way you can easily strip one. Usually the positive wire will have some marking on the wire like dotted lines or a strip. Worse comes to worse you can do the trial and error method and hook up the one you think is positive and see if it works, if not just switch the wires.
@RussLyman ok thank you.. ! now question #2.. what if the led bars are connected via car adapter? can i still do that?? and while add it let me ask you since you know a lot about leds =P... question #3, since i have 1 led bar that connects via car adapter, can i get another led bar that also connects via car adapter and connect both of them and have them working on 1 car adapter instead of 2? will the car adapter give enough power for 2?
I hooked it up with a add-a-fuse this plugs right into your fuse box and has a wire coming out of it. You plug the positive wire into that and the other ground it to the car somewhere.
