@biketriallxfcz Never press the unlike button, sometimes the music is "not there" does'nt mean its bad....just does'nt click respect to people who do like it
just goes to show how much crap there is out there when you have one man with his banjo and his beard that produces top songs.....go seasick steve! :)
Modern day music is too much business and way too little real musicianship, art, reality and worthiness. Modern day producers are going for the looks. not for the music. Too much sounds all the samme. Way too many singers are called artist for material they havent made themselves. Too much bad "music" is making it through the way too big hole to the radio. And the radio is polluted by showpop. Music needs more real art. Seasick steve is healing music a bit. But he cant save it alone.
how can something so beautiful even be put in the same category as the shite 'music' churned out today. A new word needs to be created aside from music to specifically define absolute art like this.
Oh my God... I'm 17 and I have been enjoying the blues for about a year now, but this is the first song I can say legitimately brought a tear to my eye. Something in this spoke to my soul. Thank you, Seasick Steve :]
trust me brits not all americans like the mainstream shit over here and good job doing what we should have done by publicizing this true musician and not another "artist" using autotuner
Vullerberg: Well Said Man.I Have so much Admiration & Respect for Steve Words Cannot describe. This is Music in its True Form.I Agree Music Nowadays is absolute Rubbish,Pointless, Worthless,Tasteless Crap Well 90% of it is Anyway.I class Steve as one of the greats already & we only know of him, Not even 2Years Yet. The sound he produces with his collection of Beat-Up/Homemade Guiters/Diddley Bo Is Simply Mindblowing Stuff.
In a world of manufactured plastic pop music it is heart warming to see and hear a performance as honest and soulful as this. If Seasick Steve calls himself a 'Man from another time' then I'm truly grateful that he is in my time.
Just when you thought real music was gone forever...
