They're known for football and they are known to put a good program together and USC has only had a good group of kids (which they pay and buy things for, Cough Reggie Cough Cough) and so what if we cant get a good recruiting class for DFense every year..IT HAPPENS!

The key is that Nebraska WAS a great program, but it's doubtful that it will ever regain what it once had. USC has:

*more National Championships than Nebraska

*more Heisman Trophy Winner

*more players in the NFL Hall of Fame

What's amazing about the Trojans is that they've regained and even surpassed some of their earlier glories. I can tell by your post you're young, so maybe you don't even know how good the Trojans were in the 60s and 70s. But a little history won't hurt you.

Here's a little inside information about how USC is classless BEFORE the game has even started.

We (Nebraska) allowed you (USC) to practice at one of our HIGH SCHOOL fields (specifically Westside) since the turf there is very similar to Memorial.

When some Husker fans walked by and noticed this and stopped to watch a little your precious Pete Caroll and others on the coaching staff would turn around and ridicule them and specifically quotes about "You are all just rednecks"
