I think you misunderstood imrank340's comments. He was only commenting on the commnets written by rohi---nagar for writing the commnets in Hindi. Most of us can not read commnets written in Hindi or Urdu or Arabic and so on. We love Hindi/Urdu song as we understand the language but it does not mean we can read these languages. you and most of us write our commments in English. I hope u get it.

@uu0009 Most of us Indians can read and write in Hindi हिंदी (Devnagri), and secondly this is a HINDI हिंदी song so one can expect few comments in Hindi हिंदी (Devnagri). If you can't read हिंदी Devnagri then it is your problem, you can ignore that comment. Thirdly there is no rule that one should write comments on youtube only in English.
