@finkelmann The small waist pack is an ancient Tamrac. I can't remember the model but I've probably had it for 10 years. I originally got it to carry a Canon PowerShot G2 :-)
@Duchovny13 I never ride with a tripod because they always poke me in the back of the head when I'm on the bike. Yes, this pack is very comfortable. I think Clik Elite has the best-fitting harness in the business - at least for me.
By "brown bag" are you referring to the Clik Elite bag or the Osprey? The Clik Elite pack has a built-in rain cover. Most of the time you don't need it, though. Osprey sells a separate rain cover but I don't have it.
The camera was a Canon EOS 5D Mark II. Check PhotographyREVIEW for my detailed review. The sharpness has more to do with the editing, though. It took me a while to figure out how to make them look this good :-)
A little bit off topic but- what's that small black waist pack you were using to hold the 50D?
I'm a MTB phogorapher too, and i'm looking for a handy way to carry a DSLR. That small, compact, waist pack looks like a good candidate...

Do you think you could fit TWO pro bodies (5D Mark II) with lens attached? like 24-70 2.8?
xdmg123 7 months ago
@xdmg123 I think that might be possible but if so it would be a very, very tight fit.
