@gabfergon nah, i dont think they hate Bruce. Look at Law in Tekken (ok, Im referring to Tekken 6), his fast, decent damage and power moves and very good rush down. I know because I main him.

Yep but I believe this is also related to timings. When I tryed online it mostly failed. It is best followed by HP and then other links better than Ultra. There are Combo videos that show it.
The ultra can be blocked always after the flipgrab, but if you time it well you can land any kind of punch, and link it to a higer combo (including the super of course)
you can do it to super but not ultra.

That move can be blocked, set the training options for the dummy to block everything and see how it fails
