Ridiculously undersized tank. Come on folks...appropriate sized tanks are fish keeping day 1 stuff. Perhaps stamp collecting if that's too hard. Fish stores need to STOP selling Pacu's because they ALWAYS end up suffering like this. If you knew the tank was too small then why didn't you either give them away or buy a bigger tank?
i know y! the pacus of yours died. because u change the water often! the pacus are sensitive :P because my pacus died too when i change the old water to a new :P lol!!! dont change all the water in ur tank maybe 70% new and 30% old water :P
whats up with the guppy things? Are they suposed to be feeders? Pacus are herbivores. It also looks like all your fish are gasping and the guppies are all cruising around gasping at the surface so although you may not have thought so their probebly was a problem with your airation or water quality. RIP pacus :(
@AquaHerpGuy The Pacus didn't die because of the poorly oxygenated water on that day. They died months after this video... I think the tank was too small and they died of too much stress... I don't keep pacus anymore... I keep Wolffish... Hoplias Intermedius

It is aerated more than enough actually. If you look at the force of water coming out of the filter, you will see that is it quite weak. It is because I turned it down. But it was only temporary, for this video only... It is normally on powerful mode.
Cannot be. I keep the Pacu for more than 1 year. When I buy time only 2 inches only. I keep in the same tank for 1 year plus. The tank I maintain very well. Every month change filter, change 1/4 water every week. Suddenly one day, both mati.
Forget to say: You see the filter like not working because I on low current. I want to video the feeder fish first. After the video I on back the strong current, a lot of oxygen I dare to tell you. Until now I still using this filter. Banyak bagus oke... Mahal punya tau?

your water haves ammonia thats why the fish are gasping. The ammonia burns their gills thats why they are gasping.

It is aerated more than enough actually. If you look at the force of water coming out of the filter, you will see that is it quite weak. It is because I turned it down. But it was only temporary, for this video only... It is normally on powerful mode.

i think the problem is Oxigen.. that hang filter does not produce oxigen lor. at least put an air pump with bubble airstone or bubble filter.
